3.  Upon receiving your ticket, we will call you to confirm its receipt and make arrangements for payment of our fee.  YOUR FEE MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR FIRST COURT APPEARANCE.
5.  Please note that receipt of your ticket does not guarantee that we will represent you in your speeding ticket or traffic infraction matter.  We are NOT officially retained and attorney of record until you receive a confirming call from us AND your fee is paid in full.  This fax service is simply provided as a courtesy given the strict traffic ticket deadlines and other procedural requirements here in Washington state.
